Availability
We observe a two night minimum
stay on weekends and three nights on some holidays and special event weekends. A $25.00 charge will be added for a
single night stay. One night plus
applicable taxes will be charged for
all reservations at the time of booking. All rates are based on double
occupancy. Rates for single occupancy are available Monday - Thursday. Full payment is expected
on
arrival. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Checks and cash will
be accepted from return guests. 10.3% Lodging tax applies to rooms
and 8.3% WSST applies to retail sales.
All
reservations will be confirmed by phone or by e-mail prior to your
expected arrival. For any further questions regarding reservations or
accommodations please feel free to call.
A small Inn such as ours is
dearly affected by cancellations and we ask for your understanding and
consideration of our policy. Cancellations must be made 30
days prior to arrival to receive full refund, less a $10.00 processing fee for
each room booked. 50% refunds 10 days prior to
arrival. No refund after that time.
Check-in time is
between 3:00 and 6:00 pm. Please understand that we are preparing for your
arrival, and cannot welcome you prior to 3:00 pm. If you are delayed and cannot
arrive by 6:00 pm, please telephone. Late check-in by prior arrangement.
Our Inn is a non-smoking
facility and we do adhere strictly to our policy.
The Inn's two dogs,
Clipper and Hannah, ask that you make other arrangements for your pets.
